A compact family house on two floors that still feels generous outside: a courtyard, a roof garden and a covered walkway instead of a big footprint.
Concept
One long frame holds three things in a row: a carport with a screened roof garden, an open courtyard with one tree, and the house. Along the south side a covered walkway runs at first-floor level from the roof garden, across the courtyard, past the bedrooms. Below it the ground floor opens in big glass to a sheltered terrace.
