Eight four-bedroom homes, a shared pool and a boundary garden on a real plot in Lagos. Concept design, plans, images and the sales brochure, made by one team in weeks: a demonstration of what a developer can have in hand before a launch.
Key challenge
What a developer has in hand before a launch: the concept design for the plot, plans with room areas, images of the homes, and the sales brochure with a teaser and a plan pack. One team, one fixed fee, weeks rather than months. The developer's own registered architect keeps the permit drawings.
Concept
The houses, the site and the surroundings are one measured 3D model. Every image is a view from that model, finished with an image model and checked against the geometry. The 32-page brochure, the teaser, the plan pack and the facts sheet are built by a script from the plans and the image register.
